Shipping & Delivery
Delivery :
Delivery services are free of cost. If in case a customer was unable to receive the order, a delivery fee shall be charged for the rescheduled attempts.
The customer can choose to pick a weekend delivery or a time specific delivery by paying additional charges.
PlusOne furniture offers door delivery services. But in case there’s no lift provision, the delivery shall be made only to the ground floor and an additional change per floor shall be levied in case the customer requests a door delivery. .
In case the customer was not able to receive a delivery, the order shall be held at the nearest delivery hub for not more than 10 days, after which PlusOne furniture shall cancel the order or charge an additional delivery fee.
